Mark Sztyber MRICS

I am an experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years in the property and construction sectors. My expertise spans a wide range of surveying services, and portfolio includes work on a variety of complex and historically significant buildings, including Tallow Chandlers' Hall, a scheduled ancient monument. I am dedicated to delivering practical solutions and providing clients with clear, reliable advice to guide them through every stage of their projects.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in music, sport, reading, and cooking, enjoying everything from discovering new recipes to staying active.

Kevin Smith

I am a dedicated Building Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction and social housing sectors. Passionate about reducing carbon emissions, I specialise in sustainability initiatives, particularly retrofitting energy-efficient improvements to assist vulnerable tenants. My expertise spans surveying housing for maintenance and repairs, to managing projects from specification to completion, all with a strong focus on sustainability.

In my personal life, I am an avid rugby fan and enjoy spending quality time with my dogs.

Liv Sztyber-Lynch

I have been working in the surveying industry for 8 years, starting in administration roles before progressing to Assistant Building Surveyor. I have been with KMS since 2020, and I started my degree and chartered pathway in 2024. I’m focused on continuing to build my experience across all areas of surveying, learning from each project and striving to grow as a professional in the field.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and volunteer at a dog rescue organisation.
